This is my favorite press interview of all time, one that constantly resonates with me. I often hear companies discussing their culture or the next big thing on their agenda. In a culture where talk is cheap, it’s not a big deal if you don’t deliver.
However, I personally view my words as edicts so I attempt to choose them carefully.
I am trying to build a culture with very little talk. Bout that action boss!
