Santiago is a software engineer from Uruguay. He started coding at 15 and quickly landed a job at a top tech company in Latin America. Realizing his passion for startups, he switched to a small dev shop focused on innovation. At 22, he left his job and traveled to NYC to immerse himself in the startup ecosystem and find his first direct client. Since then, he's worked on over 30 startups, ranging from early-stage to well-funded companies. Santiago combines technical skills with strong business sense, always using a lean approach to development. When he's not coding, Santiago advises and invests in Uruguayan startups, committed to boosting the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
